The Sweep Into Spring Bonspiel is a fantastic way to wrap up the season! The main objective is to enjoy the game with fellow members, family, and friends. Open to members and non-members, teams are required to have a minimum of two people who are either non-members or first-year curlers at the club.
The bonspiel will run from April 27 to May 8. The matches are 4 ends and teams are guaranteed at least 3 games over this period. Points are awarded based on the rocks scored, W/L/T, and the number of ends one. After the round-robin, the top 6/8 teams will advance to the playoffs, finishing on Friday, May 8th.
The bar will be open each night, and snacks will be provided. Dinner will be made available for purchase on select nights. Your registration includes 4 custom Spring Into Sweep t-shirts and 4 drink coupons.
Registration: Only the skip needs to register on Curling IO, indicating their team members and emails. Then, your team can select their schedule HERE. If there is enough interest, you may register two teams! Also, if you are a member who wants to spare, you may do so in the usual way.
The Sweep into Spring Bonspiel is an excellent way to close out the curling season in style! The main goal is to have a fun and relaxing time.
